building was spacious I guess

landlord also manages all 50 of his properties himself and does so horribly he lies just about everything he's a modern slumlord the building is horribly kept and will have rat and cockroach infestations and the landlord will do nothing about it he may send his "friend" to "spray" for pests but he is not a real exterminator and doesnt actually do anything
Advice to the owners
do literally anything to take care of your property and be a kind person. you are in a position of power and you wield that to take advantage of people and it's sickening

Decent sized bedrooms, hip location
Cons
Roaches and roaches and roaches. Not to mention, weird smell. Sewer-y. But constant unending roaches that are unresponsive to any and all forms of extermination. No one did anything to help.

Gut and clean the walls
