Landlord does not respond and tries to break laws at every corner. Roof reportedly leaks and there is mold. Do not expect the landlord to respond or be helpful in any capacity other than taking your income. Water pressure is awful and walls are incredibly thin and not insulated, resulting in bugs and excess noise. 0/5 starts do not rent here.
