Clean, nice building. Properly functioning. Good size apartments and modern features.

Cons

Area, at night its not great, the train can be really loud and street noise. They hide fees in the lease and amenities.

Be upfront about everything. Don’t make it sound one way when its actually another.

tenants are dirty, cleaners dont clean amenities, area is a big con as this is near a sketchy area
