Only ok if you’re appliances are running ok
Pros
As long as your appliances and heat are running, the place is fine to live in.
Cons
There is SO much that needs to be improved here. The owner needs to be more responsive to tenants. Many are struggling with heat issues in freezing temperatures outside and not a single technician has been in to fix the issue. Ongoing issues like this for months. The rooftop is not well maintained, the cushions are very dirty. The machines in the gym are not well maintained either.

Please be more responsive to tenants living here

Modern building with nice amentities
Pros
I think that the building was quite nice, felt modern. The AC, washer/dryer in-unit, and nice gym and sauna were a nice perk.
Cons
There's not much I can think of, as I was only here for a short time.
