Management does not care about stolen packages; live-in super isn't that helpful (rude, language barrier), but he does his job in cleaning the common area and taking out the trash

Pros

High ceilings, large windows in every room, rarely any bugs or mice or other pests, eat-in kitchen plus large living room, quiet neighbors despite a noisy street.

Cons

Very unresponsive super who will say he'll come fix something and then never show up. When he DOES show up, half the time he says he needs to buy a new part and come back, and then doesn't. The other half of the time he does actually fix the problem. So typically we end up fixing problems ourselves. Also the building is fairly old, so the floors have a slight tilt and the water pressure can occasionally be inconsistent.
