Pros:
Great location and heating
Cons:
General lack of hygiene standards, cockroaches found in apartment nonstop during warm season

Building amenities were reasonable for the neighborhood.

Pros:
Building amenities were pretty good and the apartment layout was very spacious.
Cons:
The pest situation in 2020 was out of control and the super didn’t help either maybe it was harder because of Covid at the time.
