Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenant feedback for Christopher Alker-managed buildings consistently praises cleanliness, well-maintained amenities like gyms and pools, and attentive doormen and staff contributing to a friendly community atmosphere. Responsiveness from management is generally viewed as timely, especially in the Bronx locations, although some Manhattan residents report slower responses and aging apartment fixtures needing updates. Noise levels can vary, with thinner walls causing disturbances in some buildings, and certain apartments facing weatherization issues increasing heating costs. Garbage management is typically well handled. Overall, renters find these properties comfortable and safe but suggest improvements in infrastructure, noise insulation, and enhanced communication to elevate the living experience further.

Reviews

Former tenant·3 months ago

Great place to live

Pros

Friendly Package room Fitness center Quiet Family oriented

Cons

It's up a very big hill. If you commute, it will take you 10 minutes minimum to get to the main street.

Former tenant·Over 1 year ago

Safe and pleasant

Pros

Clean and well organized. Thick walls, quiet.

Cons

Nothing. The reason we left is because of price and we wanted to try another neighborhood.

Advice to the owners

An update to the exercise room might be nice.
