Landlord is Amazing!

Pros

The landlord and building management at 2505 is amazing! Super responsive, understanding and has hired supers that maintain the building well!

Cons

The building is situated between two restaurants/bars that get loud late at night on some weekends. But that's NYC-living I guess.
