It is good cause it is near everything but..
Pros
I like how it is near everything
Cons
I don’t like the owner doesn’t remodel the apartment it is old floor, bathroom old, toilet doesn’t work sometimes, we should have access the small little yard but we don’t. It should have new floors, new kitchen, new living room, new bedrooms. The heat don’t work we have to get our own little heat, Ac doesn’t work either it is too old. We pay so much but they don’t fix anything or remodel the place. Walls need to be painted again. Etc.
Advice to the owners
Remodels the apartments floor, bathroom, heat nd Ac make them work, there is black stoff on the bathroom, the floors need to be change not painted on change the walls need to painted
