Horrid & slow management, numerous pest issues

Pros

Washing machine + dishwasher in the units; located between two 1 train stations, very close to Riverside Park

Cons

Management is incredibly ineffective & slow to respond. We've had a litany of issues they drag their feet on solving for & are super rude about fixes. There has been endless construction on the building & they start incredibly early in the mornings. This resulted in flooding of an upstairs apartment that then leaked into our ceiling & burst it open. Management didn't fix for a month & only did anything once we threatened to withhold rent. Similarly, units have had to battle mice + roaches for months at a time with management being useless. There are GAPING holes they left open for the walls when installing the appliances that are allowing mice into apartments. Pest control routinely shows up without the right equipment & then passes the buck to management who never follows up.

Cons
