MOLD — Good neighborhood and building , cigarette smokers
Pros
Great space, no pests on 2nd floor, no noise issues.
Cons
Neighbors smoke cigarettes by the windows / it wafts up. PRETTY SURE THERES MOLD ALL in LAUNDRY ROOM
Advice to the owners
Fix the laundry room ceiling , there’s a gaping hole with mold

Bad. Don’t live there.
Pros
Good space. And a good super who was very sweet.
Cons
Shitty neighborhood and terrible management. Tried to take my security deposit and blame me for damage to the apartment that was there before I moved in.
Advice to the owners
Think about if you’d let your son or daughter live there and then do everything yo fix it until you would. Hi
