Pros:
- Kind, Helpful Super
- Fixes any issues, attentive
- Painting often, investing money to keep it looking good
- Great Location, smells like bagels in the morning from the place downstairs
- Easy Online Payment
Cons:
- No direct contact from the owner but done through the broker and super (psa rather than a con)
- Pre-war building - hot water takes a bit to heat up and water pressure is not super strong

Good location, bathroom appliances new
Cons:
Very noisy, creaky floorboards.

Overpriced and bad for your health.

Wide stairways and hallways.
Cons:
Very old and badly renovated apartments. Badly insulated apartments, terrible heaters. Terrible paint jobs and appliances.

Overpriced for what you get.

Fix everything

Pros:
Pretty quiet except the bar located under the building
Cons:
There is absolutely no hot water, the management does not respond to emails/ complaints, there is no living space, the building is gross and has cockroaches.
Advice to owner:
Bulldoze this and find a new occupation.
