Good Management with Bad Neighbors
Pros
Management team is responsive, garbage is well managed. Heat and water pressure is good
Cons
Roaches roaches roaches! So many roaches in the building and in my unit! And tenants from other unit smokes, the entire hallway is filled with a filthy cigarette smell. The management team has contracted the tenant multiple, no improvements.
Advice to the owners
Take care of bad tenants and get roaches under control

Horrible Neighbors
Pros
Free laundry on every floor
Cons
Elevator is always broken. Balcony is shared and neighbors are annoying and loud. Trash is always overflowing. Heat does not correspond to thermostat. Parking cost too much. Neighbors are horrible and loud.
Advice to the owners
Be better. Fix the elevator. Take out the trash or let us use the trash chute and clean it from there. Lower parking rate
