Pros:
Security, Cleanliness, Friendly, Professional, and private.
Cons:
Waterbugs, Water pressure, Heat too low., and toilets get clogged too easily.
Advice to owner:
Notify tenants when water pipes have to be flushed and there are waterbugs in the garage a lot, please have the exterminator spray the garage.

Pros:
Very quiet area. The apartment is clean and they manage garbage very well. Very spacious apartments.
Cons:
It’s hard getting a hold on the landlord and most of the things we needed to fix we had to rely on “Management.”

Pros:
Nice block, no alternate side parking , sports bar on the corner, bus stops on the corner of the building.
Cons:
Lazy super does side work for management but when it’s time to do his actual work it doesn’t happen. Packages are stolen everyday we have cameras that he refuses to look at. Rent was raised by 300$ reason was my apartment on the market goes for 2,200 which is illegal. Properly get rid of mold don’t just spray with bleach and walk away and say this is how you treat it.
Advice to owner:
Stop cutting corners get rid of Abraham make Marvin the super. Stop avoiding the leaking pipe on the 4th floor and want to move with urgency when the pipe burst
