Terrible maintenance & management

Pros

Rent stabilized, relatively large apartments (e.g. eat in kitchen), lots of windows/good light, elevators

Cons

Poorly maintained, filthy common spaces, horrendous package theft, pests, unresponsive super & management

DO NOT RENT HERE

Pros

Standard renovations in the units, live-in super who is friendly.

Cons

-my bathroom literally collapsing management was unresponsive even after multiple 311 reports. They patched the hole with a cardboard box, refused to seal it. -rampant package theft -neighbors screaming in hallways year round--adults arguing, yelling, loud music no disregard for neighbors late at night. -rampant issues with pests.

Do the bare minimum to take care of tenants
