Ok for the price

Pros

Good location, management is pretty responsive to complains.

Cons

Repairs are primarily done by super, so not always good quality. We had a mouse on the 6th floor due to a hole in the wall.

Good bang for your buck

Pros

Reasonably priced rent, friendly owner who is really responsive, no rats/no roaches, quiet building on a fairly quiet street. Heat works well and water pressure is perfect.

Cons

Sometimes the super takes a while to tend to issues. And sometimes the lobby/stairs aren't the cleanest.
