Awful Management, crumbling apartment

Other tenants were nice, location was fine for my needs

Cost, roaches, landlords disorganized and useless, send unqualified contractors back again and again to "fix" issues that dont actually get fixed, waste of everyones time

find a new super, treat the building like you live here

The location is decent, the people who live here are nice. Got a good deal when we moved in

Management wasn’t quick to solve any issues. For some reason everything in the unit is hooked up to 2 breakers so there’s a ton of stuff relying on one switch. If it goes out, you have to go to the basement to fix it, but only the lower two units have basement access. Had a mouse that the management didn’t address.
