Good building, decent management

Pros

Management is pretty responsive, super is on site and responsive. Nice building, feels safe. Will replace appliances promptly when they break. Overall very reasonable for NY standards

Cons

Basement used to have pool table and places to hang out, now it’s just peoples old furniture. Lobby used to have flowers and holiday decor. They’re cutting costs everywhere

Elevator, my apartment was redone and had wonderful light, laundry in building
