Fine, just fine
Pros
We have a great unit layout that faces the back so it’s very quiet.
Cons
Management is cold, impersonal, and raises rent the absolute max they can get away with. Giant cockroaches and basement overrun by pests
Advice to the owners
Value long term tenants and keep rents reasonable
Overall, a pretty good place to live. No big problems.
Pros
The super, james, is very sweet. I've never had a pest problem. Rarely, a dead roach pops up in the hallway. But no rodent problems etc. Repair portal on tenant site leads to relatively prompt responses.
Cons
Upon move-in, the place was really dusty and had dirty floors. Management clearly had not had the place cleaned after the previous tenant evacuated, and was completely uncooperative when I asked for a discount upon move-in since it's standard to move into a clean space.
Advice to the owners
You owe your tenants clean spaces when they pay an arm and a leg to move in.
