Great super, good location, quiet and soundproof.

- Super is responsive and keeps the building clean
- Apartments are spacious
- Walls are relatively soundproof
Cons:
- Sometimes the water temperatures can be off. Its either too hot or too cold.
- There were two instances where dirty water came out of the tap
