Noise, water issues, unresponsive super

Pros

It’s rent stabilized. That’s about the only pro.

Cons

I’ve had lots of issues during my time living here. The super and management are very unresponsive and don't follow through on maintenance requests. It’s extremely loud. Music playing throughout building including from the super. There is also a daycare on the first floor so that’s pretty noisy too. There have been constant plumbing issues. Water gets shut off randomly with no communication. Pest issues (mice, roaches, etc.) Property manager Alex Salamea and Langsam Property are the worst property managers I’ve ever dealt with. Rude, unresponsive, and don’t acknowledge or assist with issues. Stay far away!

A Beautiful Mess

Pros

- Food Shopper Heaven - Workable elevator - Decent common space

Cons

- Faulty pipes - “Bedroom” system (more like closet space) - Warm, but slow super

Advice to the owners

- Major fix with the pipes - Cameras for the hallways in case someone falls again like I did
