Love Hate Relationship with this building

Pros

The size of the apartments are huge. Love the old school set up.

Cons

The building has old electrical equipment. Old Fuze boxes. There is no ceiling light in my living room. The elevator is old and always broken. The intercom is always broken. New people moving peeing in the elevator. Leaving garbage on the stairs.

Advice to the owners

Find a new super or get him some help. Replace the old elevator. New electrical work and new windows. New intercoms.
