Cute Apartment on Lovely Street

Pros

The building was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The owners and managers were always very responsive and kind to my roommate and I. The neighbors are wonderful and the street is beautiful-- so many friendly faces and a great community environment.

Cons

The only con is that the rent-stabilized tenants who have been living there for years sometimes were not treated the same as new tenants coming in. Not a problem for people moving in I guess, but my neighbor sometimes had my roommate or I call on their behalf if they felt like a complaint wasn't being heard(though complaints were rare).

Advice to the owners

Overall had a lovely time living here and communicating with owners/management. No advice beyond being more responsive to older tenants.
