Former tenant·32 minutes ago

Decent building in a good location, reasonable rent

Pros

Location is great. The super and maintenance staff are wonderful and super responsive. The landlord is great, although he recently passed off the building to a management company that's been okay so far.

Cons

It is a former tenement building, so the setup can be a bit weird. The recycling area is a bit cringy too. Cockroach control could be better. I found a live on in my mailbox once on an envelope. Packages get stolen

Advice to the owners

Install a camera to catch package thieves, which tend to be neighbors
