building is OK, super is absent
Pros
stairs and entryway are clean, trash is well maintained, no noise complaints
Cons
super is pretty absent, takes a few calls to get even the most basic thing looked at. heat is not great. problems with cockroaches on the apartment, the pest-control service provided by the building is ineffective.

Wonderful, recently renovated building
Pros
- recently renovated - well-maintained - quick response to maintenance requests - video intercom - sizable bedrooms
Cons
- it's next to a school so can be noisy during the day (recess)
