Quiet street, only 3 units total

Cons

Never gave our security deposit back. Old building with creaky floors and no noise proofing. Management was rude and unresponsive. Heat issues in winter

Nightmare, do not rent

nothing was good it was hell

Never returned our security deposit, temperature dropped to 40 degrees in winter, unit flooded and they took forever to repair. not to mention the space is tiny and the building is falling apart
