Pros
Neighbors are nice for the most part. The Building makes an effort to be kept clean. The front of the building is mostly kept clean. Super is responsive to complaints. Building has security cameras all over.
Cons
It’ll be terrible if you have noisy neighbors loud music is played very late. The front door lock is hard to open there’s a trick you must learn to be able to open there’s door. There’s homeless people sometimes laying on the steps or floor.
Advice to the owners
For the most part things are OK but room for improvement should always be prioritized.
