Slow response time to complaints. Bed begs. Giant roaches

Super is very friendly and keeps building clean
Cons:
Management not willing to provide maintenance to appointment units. Water problem with pipes apartments always over flooding

Please check you staffing not people person and not willing to resolve tenants problem with appointments issues
