Pros
Good location and charming building. Is pretty quiet and can’t hear neighbors
Cons
Roach infestation is frequent and building is very hard to help get rid of them. Also if you have any problem the maintenance is overall really bad.
Mulberry & Broome
Pros
The location can't be beat - lots of great restaurants and events happening. Pro tip - Quan Sushi on Broome is an unsung downtown hero. Apartment was also newly renovated when I moved in and had W/D in unit.
Cons
Unresponsive management company - gave us a really hard time with any and every request from lease signing to getting the deposit back. We had a cockroach problem in the apartment despite being uber clean - it took over a month to get someone in to help with the pests. EW.
Advice to the owners
Responsiveness, kindness, & humility go a long way.
