Love and hate

Pros:
Doorman. Great heat and water pressure. Laundry room in the building.
Cons:
Poor cleanliness in laundry room.
The elevator stops on ground floor all the time regardless if the button is pressed or not.
Advice to owner:
Great property owner. Very responsive. Attend immediate needs.

Pros:
Location
Proximity to good restaurants
Porters and doormen are friendly
Cons:
-Heat coming out of hvac is way too hot even at low setting.
-super is not always helpful especially to tenants who rent.
-elevator frequently broken
Advice to owner:
Treat everyone who needs help with something equally
