Great building with an amazing landlord

Pros

The landlord lives in the building, is very sweet, and cares about good-quality tenants. Overall fair rent price for the space you get. Great proximity to transportation, restaurants, and grocery stores. I've had a great experience living here for 3 years.

Cons

No laundry in the building but steps away across the street is a wonderful wash and fold & dry cleaner.

This is by far one of the best locations I’ve ever lived in nyc!

Cons

There’s no elevator or laundry in the building, but there’s a wash and fold right across the street!
