This is the worst apartment we’ve ever experience in NY. Apart from the disgusting horsefly infestation, roaches & the numerous rats that would die and rot between our walls, we were subjected to pay nearly $900 every month just for electricity. Management did nothing about it regardless of the insane amount of times we contacted them about how this was wrong. We finally had to stop paying electricity the last 3 months of living there because we could not afford it. Because of this, they took ALL our security deposit and claimed they were going to use it to pay back our due balance, WHICH WAS A LIE BECAUSE WE STILL GET BILLS EMAILED ABOUT WHAT WE OWE TO THIS DAY. This management is disgusting, careless & nothing but a bunch of greedy liars.
Advice to the owners
Find a new job.
