well-maintained, quiet apartment building but some seasonal roaches
Pros
I lived in a 1bed/1bath apartment in this building and loved how spacious it was. The picture for the listing matched the actual unit, and all the appliances worked consistently throughout my ~2 years living there.
Cons
There were roaches in the apartment that would appear every summer. I did have people come in for pest control, but in the end the only thing that seemed to work is putting out glue traps.
