• Location - Broadway Theatres - Subway Stations - Restaurant/Shops/Cafe/Salon/Spa/Etc - Super (Derek) is amazing.
Cons
• CLEANLINESS - The basement garbage disposal is unfathomably horrible; infested with roaches, rats, and flies. - Elevator is covered most of the time in stained and unbearable Odor coming from the basement - Days theres no heater. - Water damage on walls. Management won’t replaced it, but time to time will only cover the molds buildup with a new paint. - Bldg has tested positive for Asbestos. • The Bldg. Manager Sammy is terrible, pretends his on works solving tenants problems but most of the time he is lacking information or outdated of the issue. Will annoy you through phone calls, avoids email responses.
Advice to the owners
It doesn’t cost to have better moral values, the greediness is horrendous.

Trash, mice, heat and water.
