Pros
Bedrooms on opposites sides of the apartment. Quiet, respectful neighbors, great location.
Cons
The owner didn't polyurethane the kitchen properly, which meant the cabinets were sticky for the entire 2 years we lived there. He refused to replace a window that was just plexiglass over the window hole because he found it easier to install the window unit air conditioning in the summer (it meant it was freezing all winter. Owner used to dig through our trash to make sure we were recycling properly, and if he found a single piece of paper, would write notes on them and leave the open trash bag at our doorstep. Owner installed the temperature control for all units in our apt. and would access it without warning. Front door to the building had a broken lock for over a year.
