26 Belvidere St Building
Pros
It’s a 2 family home, the apartment on the second floor is very spacious, especially for NYC standards. Lots of storage room, big kitchen, and rooftop access!
Cons
The building could be upgraded. The floor is uneven and there were some minor issues with leaks during stormy weather.
