Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenants renting from Brian Reilly appreciate his responsive management and well-maintained buildings, particularly noting attentive superintendents and strong pest control. Neighborly bonds and community events enhance the living experience, creating friendly environments. However, some buildings show signs of aging, occasional issues with noise especially in busy or tourist-heavy areas, and limited amenities like on-site laundry. Garbage management varies between properties, with some residents pointing to room for improvement. Heating and water pressure are generally reliable but may fluctuate. Overall, renters find Brian Reilly’s buildings manageable and appreciate his communication, though some enhancements could further improve tenant satisfaction.

Decent Old School Building in Little Italy

Pros

Great location and nice neighbors, many of whom have lived there for decades.

Cons

Building is old and worn around the edges. The neighborhood is very loud given the tourist area. Also issues with package theft given high traffic area.

All about the location

Pros

Only 2 units. Relatively new finishes.

Cons

No washer, dryer. Smoke from smokers waiting for the restaurant downstairs comes through the AC.
