Decent Old School Building in Little Italy

Pros

Great location and nice neighbors, many of whom have lived there for decades.

Cons

Building is old and worn around the edges. The neighborhood is very loud given the tourist area. Also issues with package theft given high traffic area.

All about the location

Pros

Only 2 units. Relatively new finishes.

Cons

No washer, dryer. Smoke from smokers waiting for the restaurant downstairs comes through the AC.
