Mid place. Rodent issue and insanely slow management response
Pros
Only looks good, especially when touring.
Cons
Renovation is purely for looks, building is incredibly old and you can hear outside and upstairs tenants' footsteps too well. We had a rodent issue for a long time and took management more than a month to respond with adequate inspection and pest control.

Awful management and bug issues
Pros
The location is great and the apt is functional.
Cons
Stacey is the worst building manager I’ve ever had. She let a serious bug infestation in the building go for 2+ months. She won’t respond to anything (unless you threaten 311) and when she does, she’ll gaslight you.
