Incredible location. Responsive handyman, decent older building with laundry in basement
Cons
In our unit, there was a gap between the window frame and wall that allowed a mouse to enter. This was addressed quickly with steel wool. Heat level is hard to control and can be noisy

Great location, felt safe, never had any maintenance issues

We had one neighbor who caused trouble but found support from both the landlord and building superintendent
