Pros

Some units are better than others.

Cons

Super is very helpful but the manager stopped responding to requests. Have heard him be aggressive and verbally assaulting toward tenants and being racist. Since the exterminator stopped coming the units full of bugs.

Advice to the owners

I’m sure he can figure it out.
