Great Condo Rental if Available

- Building staff and doormen are amazing - Most units have in unit w/d - Larger units than newer builds - Quiet location, dead end street cul de sac - Lots of natural light (floor to ceiling windows) - Amazing amenities (pool, gym, cardio room, steam room, sauna) - Great neighbors. A lot of original tenants (1990s build) and some new families
Cons:
VERY FEW THINGS - Centrally controlled heat that comes on too early in season - No pets allowed - Most units original fixtures and appliances from 1990s construction

None. Good job.

Beautiful building and lobby and loved the location. great doormen/packages/laundry when i was there
Cons:
We frequently had rodent or bug issues- super would help with them but it would happen somewhat frequently

Fill holes behind kitchen/heat sources

Gorgeous well maintained building with friendly staff and neighbors

Doormen are super sweet, all facilities are tidy and convenient. Never have had any issues with the washer dryer or storage rooms
Cons:
The heat is HOT in the summer so you have to play open window roulette, otherwise 0 complaints!

Very organized. The doormans are great. They keep it very clean. The apartment is silent and not too many neighbors since most are embassies
Cons:
The street is closed on special UN events. Management is very strict and often closes the rooftop. Renters are treated as second class residents since they don't give access to the lounge or gym. The rooftop is also closed 75 percent of the time. They also close it for some Holliday's for no particular reason.
Advice to owner:
Stop treating renters as second class residents.

- Location is amazing (close to 23rd, Union sq), tons of restaurants, gyms - Building is quiet - Doormen are awesome (peace of mind with things like security and delivery)
Cons:
- The building itself is quite old for the price - The AC units are VERY loud

Pros:
Building is on a cul-de-sac, so it’s very quiet. Very nice courtyard garden and access to a private mini park. Staff are friendly and responsive. On-site management company is very professional.
Cons:
Except for service and emotional support animals, renters are not permitted to have pets.

Cons:
Superintendent is rather rude. Management is a bit antiquated regarding using only front door and not allowing residents to use side door, which has a ramp (wheelchair, grocery carta, strollers, etc.). Garbage should be better: more automatic. Frequently there’s no place to put garbage.

The best doormen, like family. Efficient management. Friendly neighbors always. Great, updated laundry machines. Beautiful roof deck.
Cons:
I don't have a single bad thing to say about this building aside from maybe the heat being too hot in the winter.

None. I loved calling this building home.
