Rude landlord and very stingy

Pros

Quiet environment and far away from noise.

Cons

Landlord is too money conscious and always asks if and why you’re not going out . Doesn’t want anyone at home so that you won’t use the electricity you’re paying for. Made me extremely uncomfortable.
