Facade of Luxury, Too Far from Transit
Former Tenant
Pros:
Modern appearances, quiet environment, neat architectural concept, great front staff, unbeatable rooftop.
Cons:
Finishes and appliances are nicer in appearance than in usage. Building was out together cheaply despite outside appearances with floods common. Gym is a joke with bizarre sauna arrangement. Courtyard and roof limit guests and pets. The board that runs the building will nickel and dime you for the weirdest things at large costs.

Great building, but I hate firstservice residential
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great pool, building finishes, friendly staff & other amenities
Cons:
Units have SMEG electric ovens that are a pain to fix and use just in general. Too small if you really like to cook, I’ve burned the knobs just by having a pan slightly too forward. Only one maintenance guy allowed in the building. Address of the building marketed isn’t the real address which can cause issues if you’re never notified of that. If you need to hear anything useful from FirstServiceResidential, good luck. Apartment manager is kind of rude.
Advice to owner:
Have an organized procedure for move-ins to get renters/owners on the same page
