Reviews

Former tenant·Over 2 years ago

Useless management for building

Pros

Big and spacious apartments Super is very friendly

Cons

Neighbors are creating roach issues and management does not do anything about it.

Former tenant·Over 2 years ago

Quality of building decline

Pros

Spacious rooms and building surrounded by a scenic residential area.

Cons

Response from owner is very poor, too many issues with leaks and old pipes. Management is very slow to make improvements to apartments and issues around the building. Sometimes takes months to half a year or more to fix issues. Pest issue (roaches) is bad and can be seen in common areas of building such as lobby, laundry room and elevator. Many people with roaches in their apartments too. Building needs better management to improve quality

Advice to the owners

Owner needs to take better care of issues in the building. Used to be a beautiful building, not it has gone downhill and many people aren’t happy with the quality of the building.
