No issues. Affordable, clean building.

You have to mail the check to pay rent. When you call the super you have to leave a message for him to call back.

Pros

They keep it clean and all the handyman are good workers but the super has bad attitude

There are many cons so be aware or find another apartment. No ventilation in kitchen
