Totally adequate pre-war apartment

Pros

Large sized units, exposed brick, lots of sunlight, residents are quiet.

Cons

Any common areas like stairs/entrance are super run down, landlords are anonymous but the super is helpful for the actual units. Have had a couple issues with a mouse or two but that's pretty expected of an old NYC building.
