Great Greenpoint Location
Pros
The biggest advantage is the location. Greenpoint feels calmer than some other parts of Brooklyn but still has plenty of cafés, grocery stores, and subway access nearby. Getting into Manhattan was straightforward, and the neighborhood feels walkable and comfortable. The building itself felt organized and functional. My room had decent natural light and enough space to set up a small desk. Move-in was smooth, and everything was ready when I arrived. The common areas were practical and generally maintained well.

Nothing extreme, but it’s not completely silent

I stayed here for a while and honestly it was a chill experience. The spot’s in a great area, coffee shops, parks, and cool places to eat all around. My room was ready when I moved in, clean and furnished, nothing fancy but it did the job.
Cons
Cleaning is not super often, so you kinda have to stay on top of your own space.
