Reviews

Former tenant·Over 3 years ago

I do not recommend this building because the property owner does not solve any of the problems with the noisy neighbors

Pros

Close to the trains. That is the only good thing I can’t say about living there

Cons

Sounds like your neighbors live with you. You can hear everything through the walls and the property owner does not solve complaints of noisy neighbors

Advice to the owners

Get thicker walls and quieter tenants

Good apartment but…

Pros

Very clean, especially in comparison to other apartments in this area!

Cons

Some noise because some tenants have kids that often run around! Plus, this neighborhood tends to be loud in general so it’s unavoidable. No elevators (there are six floors!), no insulation.
