My neighbors are what makes this building awesome otherwise….

Pros

As I stated, I absolutely love my neighbors. The apartment is spacious. The water pressure is great and the shower gets very hot.

Cons

The ceiling leaks like crazy. Everything leaks. The landlord barely responds. His staff does their best, but they need more support.

Advice to the owners

Stop being cheap and pay for things to be done correctly, the first time. The tenants are tired of you, reaching out to you just as much as you’re tired of hearing from us.

Room for improvement

Pros

I like that the garbage is well maintained, I like the entry way and the large mirror and how well lit the lobby is. I like the elevator.

Cons

My unit specifically is gut renovated, but few others in my building are. The units above me are original, and for years, the 6th floor bathroom has leaked into my bathroom, causing molding on the ceiling and sporadic leaking through the drywall, lights, and fan. Also the counter in my. shower is caving in and the landlord has done nothing.

Advice to the owners

Make the necessary repairs to the units when asked the first time.
