Great place to live!

Pros

The building owners are responsive and understanding. The super is tentative and willing to make necessary upgrades when needed without issue.

Cons

The upkeep of the lobby. Also, if you've lived there for awhile you need to ask for the apartment upgrades that your neighbors are recieving. It should be automatic.
